26 Jan 2025I ordered three hygrometers. They arrived on time but were loose inside the box and basically rattled around for the entire trip to my house! Calibration is another problem. The first one is useless because the face rotates when calibrating. When I calibrate the other two, the needles just don't stay put. I carefully followed the instructions, including leaving the hygrometers in the closed bags during calibration. Unfortunately, I don’t have much faith in them. Their accuracy is dependent on the ability to calibrate them but the needles keep moving around. The calibration process is just not working for me. They are too finicky. On a positive note, customer service is excellent. I was promptly fully refunded for my order. Thank you to HUMIDOR Discount for your honesty.
